Keynotes is very important for doing any kind of written work. Generally people prepare keynotes on colleges and school. So if you are a student than you must know the importance of keynotes. Teachers give a lecture on various topics and we cant able to write the whole sentence so we just write a hint or a keyword.
These little point will help you to prioritize your work and you will be completely aware about their execution.
It happened with me many times when I wanted to do something more important and then suddenly I got a call from my friend or one message on Facebook, and after the conversation I don't even remember what I was doing right now and what I was supposed to do after finishing this work.

3. Divide The Task
You have to manage the work and task according to the necessity. Divide the task and work into groups.
Try to mange your work on time because time is the key to success. Mark the work which you have done on time. Think and search more and more plus take a plenty of rest after the work is finish.
This is one of the main problem among internet marketers that we fail to divide our work and this results very less productivity.
Make sure that you have assigned proper timing to proper task and doing that particular task in that given duration only. This simple step will help you to divide your task as well as you will be more productive when you know the deadline to perform it.
4. Be Realistic
Last but not the least, the last suggestion for organizing a work is be realistic. Instead of trying to wrestle and fighting with your work anxieties and duties into place, just set the realistic goals about what you can control and what you need to let go of.
Do not panic, just relax and do it with calm and in a proper way.
You must have seen many warrior special offers or many products which are claiming overnight success or thousands of dollars by doing just 2-3 hours work in a day.
Don't get attracted to such claims and believe in hard work.

- Don't check your mails in the morning.
- Check mails twice or thrice in the day only, and assign proper time to do this task.
- Take proper rest in between.
