Yes !! You read it right that Google is no more banning adsense accounts which was very common few days back.
Getting adsense account is one of the toughest task when anyone start blogging. Google Adsense is no doubt a very loved way among blogger to monetize their blog. You must be agree with my point that when anyone comes into blogging then he/she know about adsense only to monetize the blog. There are many Adsense Alternatives also but adsense always wins. 
You might have seen many bloggers who are very disappointed because their adsense was banned and there is no way to come out of it once you are banned.
But you need not to worry about if you still hold a adsense account and using it main or secondary source to monetize your blog. Google Adsense is active from last 10 years and this was the mostly demanded thing that they should give warning before banning the account.
Invalid Clicks and clicks bombarding was one of the common way to ban any account. Any third person with the invalid clicks can ban your account where there was no fault of yours. So for taking care such activities they have taken the decision to not ban the accounts.

Hi Kulwant,
Its a great share, recently media.net i.e. yahoo and Bing contextual advertisement is made open to Indian publishers also, yet Google Adsense is on the top of every other advertisement providers. It’s still not clear if someone is banned from Adsense in past years i.e. in earlier time before 3-4 years, they will be able to open new a/c with their own name or not.
Rest it is best news to get protected and now bloggers with adsense as main source of earning can sleep with peace.

@Tushar :- A trick :- make some changes as per what google is asking u to do. Don’t send the re-enable request immediately. I would recommend waiting for a month and then sending the request. It will be enabled

I’m glad to hear it too. My account was banned a while back, but luckily my husbands account is still good. I was really upset when it happened. I didn’t even understand why it happened. They would not give me any information, and my appeal was denied. That really made me not care for google too much.

Great to hear about this new TOC about Google ad-sense policy atleast now you don’t lose your amount if your adsense account is banned. So after remove adsense issue you can get back to access of your account. But is this policy is applicable to old account its not clear till now.
