How to Install WordPress on Your Hosting?

WordPress is on top if we talk about most loved blogging platform.

Every blogger have same story that he/she started with FREE blogspot platform by Google and then so he/she decided to move his/her blog to WordPress. If you are the person who is going to start your blogging journey starting from WordPress then I appreciate your decision. WordPress will let you manage your content in very smart manner and you will be able to do better SEO.

How to install WordPress query is having 8100 queries per month, this means that more than 8000 people are searching this on Google.

In this guide I am going to teach you simple method to install WordPress on your hosting provider so that you can start your blogging.

I am going to teach you with HostGator Hosting as I am using this only. All the hosting providers have almost same process and WordPress installations scripts so no need to worry of you are using other hosting.

Step 1 : Login to your Hosting provider (cPanel in my case).

Step 2 : Locate Addon Domains (Click on it)

Step 3 : Add your domain and choose a strong password (After putting all information click Add Domain)

Step 4 : Find Quick Install or Fantastico (I will tell the process for both)

#For Quick Install

1. Goto WordPress

2. Click Continue

3. Choose your domain which you added previously. Fill all the details and click on Install Now.

4. Your WordPress is installed now.

5. Login with the given details

#For Fantastico

1. Click Fantastico

2. Click on WordPress

3. Click on New Installation

4. Select your Domain and fill all the information.

5. Congrats your WordPress in installed.

NOTE : use only one method from these two. Either use Quick Install or Fantastico.

Here I am assuming that you have already changed the Nameservers of your domain for your hosting.
