  Mairaj, your blog is well designed and I appreciate your efforts. Your website is good in terms of speed also. All I found is you are using various share plugin at home which might increase the loading speed a little. So better to keep only twitter, Facebook and Stumble button on homepage.

  Nishant its good to see that you are also using Genesis Framework. No doubt this is the most amazing Framework on the Earth. You are using Generate theme on your blog and every blogger who know little about Genesis also know about Generate them.
  
  So this might be little negative point because you are using the theme as it is. I would suggest you to make little tweaks in colors and design so that this theme should look different from other themes.
  
  Mairaj have done very good work as he played with Stremline theme very well.
  
  Other Factors of your theme are very good.

My blog was going great has it was receiving a very good amount of traffic from Google also but about 15 days ago my blog has been hit by panda and now i am not getting too much of traffic so please tell me what to do ??

  Your design is good but the loading time is very poor. Work on loading time because it is a very negative point. Install W3TC plugin and configure it properly.
  
  Sidebar of your blog is too long. it should never be longer then the post area.

    Thanks, I will work on it. Too many plugins are causing the low speed. I was using W3TC but just started using Wp-super-cache 2 days ago, I think it’s not of any use. Will revert back to W3TC.

  Mohit the sidebar at your blog is not proper and footer is also very jumbled. Better you work on them and make them look professional. Your logo is good but place them perfectly so that it should look clear.
