Puxee is good !! you can go for that because their approval rate is high.. you blog will get approved quickly..
Finding Direct Advertisers is good as you dont have to pay any Comission. But if you sign up with any other Advertising network, then you have to give them comission, so its better to get direct ads for your site so that you can get good money because you wont be giving any comissions.
